PHH Arval has elevated three executives to new leadership roles, including elevating an executive to head its North American business development efforts, the fleet management company has announced.

Gary Anderson has been named senior vice president and chief business development officer for North America, a role in which he will focus on "enhancing services with new and existing customers, optimizing a comprehensive and coordinated offering of fleet solutions," according to a PHH release.

Anderson was previously senior vice president of business development.

"Gary will continue to ensure a high level of customer engagement, while supporting our commitment to driving new sales, providing enhanced technology tools, delivering proactive truck consultation, increasing adoption of telematics, and advancing asset management capabilities for material handling equipment," said Jim Halliday, PHH Arval's president.

The fleet management company announced two other executive moves, including naming Michele Cunningham as senior vice president of strategic development and Bob Sandler as senior vice president of customer experience and enterprise consulting.

Cunningham previously served in the role of vice president of strategic development, while Sandler was vice president of strategic consulting. With the move, PHH Arval has combined the customer experience and enterprise consulting roles under Sandler's direction.
