Subaru of America will introduce its redesigned 2015 Outback at the New York International Auto Show on April 17, the automaker has announced.

Subaru hasn't released details about the all-new Outback other than to say it will combine "a sophisticated interior with the most advanced safety features." Subaru released the above teaser photo.

The current Outback was introduced in 2009 with a corresponding Legacy model. Subaru introduced the 2015 Legacy mid-size sedan at the Chicago Auto Show in Feburary.

In 2013, commercial fleets registered 2,197 Outback vehicles. Rental fleets added 4,609.
