(L to R) Tepas, Antich, and Self share a cordial visit in Torrance, Calif.

Two top executives with fleet manager Emkay, Inc. visited Automotive Fleet's Torrance, Calif., headquarters on Friday.

Greg Tepas, Emkay's CEO and president, and Lawrence Self, the firm's vice president of sales and service for the west region, briefly visited with Editor Mike Antich and Automotive Fleet staff. Ty Bobit, president and CEO of Automotive Fleet publisher Bobit Business Media, also spoke with Tepas and Self.

Tepas has been CEO and president since 2007. He is the son of longtime Emkay executive Gary Tepas, who joined the firm in 1978 and rose up the ranks before retiring in 2008.

Emkay was founded in 1946 as Emkay Car Leasing Co., operating inside Midway Chevrolet in Chicago. The company moved into its own facility in 1952 and was renamed as Emkay, Inc.
