Kia Motors America will debut its new flagship K900 luxury sedan at the Los Angeles Auto Show later this month, according to the automaker.

The K900, which will go on sale in 2014, follows the introduction in the U.S. of the Korean automaker's Cadenza sedan, which arrived at dealers earlier this year. The Cadenza replaced the Optima as Kia's flagship luxury sedan.

Picing has not been announced for the K900, but it's expected to start at the $50,000 mark, reports the Los Angeles Times. The Cadenza starts at a base price of $35,100 and tops out around $42,000.

Kia announced the K900 will be offered with either a V6 or V8 engine and rear-wheel drive.
