PHH Arval has appointed Robert Sandler as its vice president, enterprise consulting and analytics. Sandler will lead the company’s Strategic Consulting team and enterprise analytics strategy in order to create and implement solutions for customers, according to PHH.

According to PHH, Sandler has developed predictive models and analytical tools, and mined and transformed data in order to achieve actionable results. He most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer for Living Classrooms Foundation, a Baltimore based not-for-profit, where he was responsible for all financial operations. Previously, Sandler held roles of increasing responsibility at PHH from 1990 to 2011, last serving as Chief Financial Officer for PHH Canada and Vice President of Finance for PHH Arval, according to the company.

“Bob’s fleet expertise, combined with PHH’s technology, will enhance our service to clients by anticipating their needs and providing proactive solutions,” said Jim Halliday, president, PHH Canada, and senior vice president and chief business development officer for North America.

Sandler has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Maryland.
