Donlen has promoted Jim Kachidurian to the position of senior vice president, client services and said he has joined the company’s senior leadership team. Donlen stated Kachidurian is responsible for the company’s customer-facing teams, including its account executives, strategic consultants, and its customer service representatives. In this new role, the company said Kachidurian will help define Donlen’s strategic direction for how it delivers customer service.

According to Donlen, Kachidurian joined the company in 2010 as its senior vice president, client relations. Before he joined the company, he held executive positions in the equipment leasing and financing markets. Prior to 2010, his most recent role was as senior vice president, corporate lending, at GE Capital, where he focused on Fortune 500 companies. He also held other global commercial and P&L positions at GE, and held sales and operations positions with Trans Ocean Leasing and Textainer.

He has a B.S. in International Business and Transportation and Distribution Management from the University of Colorado. Donlen added he has business management training through the Crotonville Executive Leadership Center, and training in Six Sigma, employee development, and product management.
