Offering 20 education and training sessions, the upcoming 2023 Global Fleet Conference (GFC) agenda will cover a wide range of industry topics including safety, technology, ESG, vocational fleets, mobility and strategies to navigate today’s business environment.

Scheduled June 5-7 in Miami at the InterContinental Hotel and held in conjunction with the LatAm Fleet Congress, this year’s GFC events will also include scheduled and informal networking opportunities and an EV Ride& Drive and Vehicle Showcase.

The conference keynote address, “Using AI to Improve Fleet Management,” will discuss how fleet management software technology’s predictive capabilities can increase competitive advantage. Presenter Jim Brown, CTO at fleets software provider CloudMade, will spotlight case studies demonstrating artificial intelligence’s capabilities to analyze and improve driver behavior, identify high-risk drivers, improve fuel efficiency and enhance driver safety.

In another session, “Strategies to Navigate an Increasingly Complex and Dynamic Business Environment,” a panel of fleet management company representatives will examine the impact of industry consolidation, escalating acquisition costs, transition to electrification, increased regulatory compliance, and a volatile resale market.

The panel, which includes Bart Beckers, chief commercial officer, Arval; Victor Campuzano, director of sales and marketing, ARIZA de Mexico; and moderator Hans Damen, partner, Fleet 360, will provide a near-term forecast of fleet business conditions.

The Global Fleet Conference is developed by publishers of Automotive Fleet and Work Truck. Complete agenda details are available on the conference website.

Registration information is also available on the 2023 GFC website.
