Available to all conference attendees and their guests, the new program can help transform the industry gathering into a mini-vacation at one of Florida’s spectacular oceanfront resorts.

Attendees can extend their conference stay with early arrival and late departure dates at the Diplomat Beach Resort with the negotiated discounted room rate ($269/night) available from Saturday, June 4, through Friday, June 10. The hotel reservations deadline is Saturday, May 19 to secure this negotiated room rate.

The Spouse Program, available for a $500 fee, provides a pass for your spouse or personal guest that includes:

  • Access to evening networking events and dinners**
  • A credit at the Diplomat Resort Spa + Wellness Retreat
  • Transportation for one afternoon of shopping in South Beach
  • Reduced-rate Diplomat pool cabana rentals
  • A special welcome gift

**The Spouse Pass does not include attendance at conference sessions or daytime program meals.
