Rocky Barham

Rocky Barham, a member of the Mickey Truck Bodies team since 1977, passed away on Jan. 11, 2021 after a long illness. He was 64.

Barham worked in parts sales, and was largely considered to be the face of The Mickey Parts Team, the company said. Mickey Truck Bodies manufactures all-aluminum beverage bodies and beverage trailers, dry freight and refrigerated van bodies, emergency vehicles and specially engineered equipment.

“If you were lucky enough to have Rocky as a friend, he would give you the shirt off his back. I don’t know of anyone who has anything bad to say about him. His work ethic was second to none. He worked very hard for our company and for our customers. He was very well respected everywhere,” said Carl Mickey, Jr., chairman of Mickey Truck Bodies.

Barham was also a member of Colonial Country Club and was an avid golfer who played most every week.

He is survived by his wife Martha “Marty” Barham; his mother, Mary Barham; five brothers; two sisters; and six nieces and nephews.
