The Chrysler Pacifica registered the fastest van order-to-delivery (OTD) time in the 2017 model-year, averaging 57 days from the time orders for the minivan were placed with the OEM to when the vehicle was delivered to a dealer.

Van OTD was calculated from order placement to delivery to an upfitter or, if no upfitting was required, to a dealer. The days spent at an upfitter were not included in van OTD times.

The finding came from Automotive Fleet's annual OTD survey, which was jointly completed with nine fleet management companies. The survey also ranked OTD times for cars, trucks, and SUVs.

The participating fleet management companies were ARI, Donlen, Element Fleet Management, Emkay, LeasePlan USA, Merchants Fleet Management, Mike Albert Fleet Solutions, Union Leasing, and Wheels Inc. The OTD survey tracked deliveries of 137,034 new vehicles during the 2017 model-year that were comprised of 103 different models.
