The nomination deadline for the 2017 Fleet Safety Award has been extended to Monday, May 8.

The award honors a fleet or risk management professional whose leadership and innovation have enhanced the safety of fleet drivers and the general public. Nomination entries should include measurable results. Candidates working with light- and medium-duty fleets are eligible.

Nikith Rajendran, SolarCity's fleet operations director, was named the winner of the 2016 Fleet Safety award at last year's conference.
