Citroen Do Brasil has released the new C3 Aircross that was developed for Latin American markets and made locally at the Porto Real plant, which has sold more than 110,000 units since it was first released in 2010.

Despite difficult economic conditions (recession, and a car market that shrank by 20% in the first half of 2015), Brazil holds considerable strategic importance for Citroen, as Latin America’s biggest economy. More than 1.3 million cars were sold in Brazil in the first half of 2015, and this is Citroen’s biggest market in the region; with sales approaching 30,000 in 2015 so far, this is Citroen’s ninth biggest market worldwide, according to the automaker.

New C3 Aircross features advanced technology features include a 7-inch touchscreen, reversing camera, and the MirrorLink function.
