Prior to that, he spent 10 years as the director of safety for Cavalier Homebuilders, Inc. in Addison, Ala. In both roles, Ben was responsible for employee safety, compliance and development.

Langley is a past board member of the National Safety Council (NSC) and is a graduate of NSC's supervisors' development program.
