Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC and Australian private equity firm Ironbridge Capital plan to launch an initial public offering of Australia’s FleetPartners, according to a channelnewsasia.com report.

The IPO, which is expected to be launched in April, would value the leasing and fleet management company at A$750 million, the report said.

FleetPartners manages more than 50,000 vehicles across Australia and New Zealand, according to the report.
