The Nissan Design Studio in Rio de Janeiro took children’s drawings of what cars they would like to see in the future and turned them into professional sketches.

The Nissan Design America Rio (NDA-R) designers say they gave as much attention to the children’s sketches as they would for real concept cars.

Nissan put on the “Automobile of the Future” competition in honor of Children’s Day. NDA-R selected three winners and one honorable mention.

All of the contestants were children of Nissan Brazil workers.

The designers were concluding work on the two concepts presented earlier this year at the São Paulo Motor Show 2014, the Kicks Concept and New March Rio 2016 Edition.
