LeasePlan USA Teri Ross Chosen to Speak at Customer Response Summit

SCOTTSDALE, AZ – LeasePlan USA’s National Vice President, Client Services, Teri Ross, has been selected to speak at the Customer Response Summit on Nov. 14-16, in Scottsdale.

The Customer Response Summit is a dedicated peer-to-peer forum, gathering some of the best service strategy minds in the industry to proactively engage and resolve complex customer service strategies.

Ross will serve on the panel, Marketing & Customer Operations Tandem - Developing a Cohesive Business Strategy to Align Social Marketing and Social Customer Experience; from Public Social Networks to Customer Communities to Social CRM.

“As a member of the Social Executive Council, we welcome Teri Ross to our panel on ‘The Social Customer Experience.’ Her extensive background and expertise in client relations will provide a unique perspective to our discussion on how to develop a cohesive business strategy to align social marketing and social customer experience.
