SCOTTSDALE, AZ – LeasePlan USA’s National Vice President, Client Services, Teri Ross, has been selected to speak at the Customer Response Summit on Nov. 14-16, in Scottsdale.

The Customer Response Summit is a dedicated peer-to-peer forum, gathering some of the best service strategy minds in the industry to proactively engage and resolve complex customer service strategies.

Ross will serve on the panel, Marketing & Customer Operations Tandem - Developing a Cohesive Business Strategy to Align Social Marketing and Social Customer Experience; from Public Social Networks to Customer Communities to Social CRM.
