Head of Saab Reorganization Wants to Terminate Process

October 20, 2011

TROLLHATTAN, SWEDEN – Although Saab has received a funding commitment from North Street Capital, the administrator of the voluntary reorganization of the company in Sweden said he will apply for termination of the process. This would end Saab’s current protection from its creditors.

Saab said it plans to contest the termination of the reorganization process and apply to have the administrator, Guy Lofalk, replaced.
