HOUSTON - Kimberly Fisher was named fleet manager for North America for National Oilwell Varco in Houston. She manages a fleet of 4,600 vehicles in the U.S. and about 500 more in Canada. Fisher relocated to Houston to work at the National Oilwell Varco headquarters.

Previously, Fisher worked as fleet administrator nuclear pharmacy services for Cardinal Healthcare in Dublin, Ohio. She managed the Nuclear Pharmacy Division’s fleet of 1,400 vehicles. Fisher worked 10 years with Cardinal, all in the Nuclear Division.

“I started with a fleet of 250 and also managed facilities,” said Fisher. “As our fleet grew, Cardinal made facilities a corporate function and I was glad to see that part of my job go. During my tenure at Cardinal, safety became a big focus and we rolled out a safety plan that included training and recognition. This helped reduce our overall accident costs by 12 percent.”
