Belron US Promotes Industry Veteran to CIO

COLUMBUS, OH – Craig Douglas has been promoted to vice president, chief information officer for Belron US, a vehicle glass repair and replacement company. In his new role as CIO, Douglas will be responsible for all information technology services and initiatives for the company. These areas include application development, computing infrastructure, telecommunications, and network communications to enable Belron employees to meet the needs of consumers and major insurance carriers in scheduling and providing more than 3 million vehicle glass repair and replacements this year.

Douglas began working for the company in 1989 as a systems programming manager and most recently served as vice president of claims technology for Belron US. His promotion follows the retirement of Earl King, vice president of information technology.
