FLD, Inc. Names New President

December 18, 2007

DELRAY BEACH, FL – Andrew Mahoney has been named the new president of FLD, Inc. Mahoney, native to South Florida, comes to FLD from JM Family Enterprises, a Forbes List and Fortune’s Top 100 Company where he was the vice president of commercial operations and an officer of World Omni Financial Corp.

In 1999, Mahoney was tasked with the responsibility to reorganize and upgrade management efforts of an underperforming $7.5 billion automobile lease portfolio. He successfully developed and implemented a multi-year strategic loss mitigation plan for the company.

Mahoney’s vehicle remarketing career also includes several vice president, sales, and marketing positions with industry leaders such as Alamo Rent-a-Car Inc., Southeast Toyota Distributors, and CenterOne Financial Services.

“We are excited to have Andy leading our team,” said FLD CEO Michael Sheinson. “His knowledge of the remarketing industry, along with his experience and vision, will be an asset to the company and our future growth.”

Ron Sanders, former president of FLD, will take over as the president of acquisitions for the company, and his role will remain unchanged. Sanders will work side by side with Mahoney as FLD solidifies a corporate structure that will better position the company for success moving forward.
