Suntrup Ford Dealership Honored for Excellent Service

KIRKWOOD, MO - Ford Motor Co. has recognized Suntrup Ford in Kirkwood for setting new standards for customer service and satisfaction, according to Surburban Journals. This 10-year old Ford store’s entire service support staff has been honored by the manufacturer.

Service Manager Frank Windisch, Parts Manager Gerry Andracsek, Body Shop Manager Bill Muehlhausen, and Service Advisors Mike Moxley, Chad Boxdorfer, and Doug Grills all earned a spot in the 2006 Ford Customer Service Division’s Medallion Elite Club.

“Suntrup Ford is the only store in St. Louis, and one of only a few in the nation, to ever receive the Medallion Elite Club Awards across the board,” said B.J. Dodds, central market zone manager at Ford, as quoted by Surburban Journals.

Each year, Ford polls service customers and scores dealership employees on client satisfaction. The manufacturer counts only those questions answered “completely satisfied” (that is, a perfect score). Windisch said anything less than a perfect score in a service-based industry is a failure.
