Foss National Leasing Selects Wright Express to Manage Cobrand Program

September 11, 2007

SOUTH PORTLAND, ME – Foss National Leasing has chosen Wright Express Corporation to bring its cobranded fuel card to the Canadian fleet marketplace, making Foss the first leasing company in Canada to form a cobrand relationship with Wright Express.

Wright Express is a leading provider of payment processing and information management services to the North American commercial and government fleet industry.

Foss National Leasing is a Canadian fleet management specialist. Foss selected the Wright Express card because it “recognizes the opportunities that a proprietary, closed-network fleet card can provide for its customers.”

The system captures information, including the date, time, and amount of the expenditure, station location, brand, identification of the driver and vehicle, odometer reading, and type of fuel purchased.

“The market has been asking for this type of product for many years. We are very pleased to take a leadership position to introduce this premium technology into the Canadian marketplace,” said Jeff Hartley, president of Foss National Leasing.

According to David Maxsimic, senior vice president Sales and Marketing at Wright Express, said, “This real-time data can be compiled to provide customized reporting and on-demand Web-based vehicle monitoring capabilities to track costs and manage fleet operations, adding a new dimension to the service Foss provides for its customers.”
