Kilroy Realty Corporation Elects Shiebler of GE as New Board Member

LOS ANGELES – Kilroy Realty Corporation’s board of directors has elected Howard Shiebler, senior managing director, Pacific Region of GE Commercial Finance, as an independent director of the company. Shiebler’s addition brings the total number of Kilroy Realty directors to eight, including six independent members.

Shiebler is currently responsible for directing the Global Enterprise Group for GE Commercial Finance’s largest clients in the Pacific Region. He has held senior positions at GE Capital, Mellon Bank, and Protector Boats, a firm he founded in 2000. Shiebler has held numerous sales and finance-related management positions, primarily with GE Commercial Finance, including roles within its corporate aircraft, commercial equipment, and fleet services units.

Kilroy Realty Corporation, a member of the S&P Small Cap 600 Index, is a Southern California-based real estate investment trust active in the office and industrial property sectors.
