July 24, 2007

SALT LAKE CITY – Robin Erickson has been named director of the Utah Clean Cities Coalition, a nonprofit group sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy’s renewable-energy office, according to the Salt Lake Tribune.

Erickson, a former Clean Cities volunteer and board member, previously was fleet manager for MediaOne — formerly the Newspaper Agency Corp. — for 12 years. There, she cut fuel costs by $329,000 a year and switched to some clean, alternative fuels such as natural gas.
