Comdata Names Jabas as Vice President of Legalization

BRENTWOOD, TN – Comdata Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ceridian Corporation, has named John Jabas as vice president of legalization in the company’s Regulatory Compliance division.

Jabas has over 30 years of industry experience in the legalization area with JJ Keller, Transportation Tax Specialties, ViaStar, and most recently as the head of legalization for Frozen Food Express.

“John brings an extensive background in regulatory compliance,” said Tom Rushfeldt, senior vice president, Regulatory Compliance Solutions. “He will help increase Comdata’s stature and presence in the regulatory community through his active involvement in the Industry Advisory and Dispute Resolution Committees of IFTA and the IRP.”

Jabas will be directly responsible for Comdata’s fuel tax, registration and licensing services and will report out of Comdata’s Irving, TX office.
