MT. LAUREL, N.J. – A new study sponsored by ARI, “Service on the Move: Driving Profitability via Fleet Management,” reported that service companies can raise profitability by as much as 12 percent through successful implementation of fleet management solutions. The study, completed by the Aberdeen Group, pointed out that eight in 10 service organizations consider fleet management integral to their overall operating and financial performance. Service organizations that successfully implemented fleet management solutions typically realized a 28-percent improvement in operator compliance, 11-percent reduction in maintenance costs, and 13-percent improvement in vehicle utilization.
