Ford Powertrain Team Announces Expanded Call Center Service to Include Placing Orders

DEARBORN, MI – Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) has launched an expanded Ford Powertrain Sales Call Center located in Dearborn, at which independent installers can order Ford and Motorcraft new and remanufactured engines and transmissions.Powertrain installers can order gas and diesel engines and transmissions by calling the Ford Powertrain Sales Call Center, at (800) 392-7946. Hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (EST), Monday-Friday. The new Ford Powertrain Sales Call Center is part of Ford’s total value package for Motorcraft remanufactured powertrain assemblies, including:

  • Three-year/75,000-mile limited warranty on gas engines and transmissions; two-year unlimited mileage, limited warranty on diesel engines.
  • Factory technical support.
  • No-risk core return, which provides a 100 percent refund regardless of damage.
