NAFA Membership Grows 1.3% in 2006

February 20, 2007

PRINCETON, N.J. – The National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA) Membership Committee reported at the close of 2006 that the NAFA roster had a total of 3,255 paying members and affiliates, for an increase of 1.3 percent over the previous year. This is the first time in six years that NAFA membership has seen a positive up tick. Importantly, NAFA increased the number of fleet manager members for the year by 3.6 percent from 2005. Decreases in the number of affiliates (vendors) by 4.4 percent and alumni reduced NAFA’s overall net gain. During 2006, NAFA gained 507 new Members and Affiliates, an increase of 28 percent from the previous year.
