Lucia Promoted to Director, Fleet Services for Estee Lauder

NEW YORK – Elsie Lucia was promoted to director, fleet services for the Estee Lauder Companies, Inc., Jan. 1, 2007. She oversees a total fleet of 900, consisting of 750 sales and 150 executive vehicles. Previously, she was manager, fleet services. Lucia has been involved in the fleet industry for 20 years. She is vice president of the Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association (AFLA) and was past chapter chair of the National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA) New Jersey chapter and editorial chair of NAFA national.
