In Memoriam: William Cunneen – 1949-2006

SCHAUMBURG, IL – Bill Cunneen died from cancer on Sun., Nov. 26. He was 57. Cunneen worked in the fleet management industry his entire professional life, most recently as Union Leasing’s client service manager, a position he assumed in 2005. Cunneen was based at Union’s corporate offices in Schaumburg.Cunneen had more than 25 years experience and was most recently with Emkay in a variety of client service management positions over a 17-year period. As an Emkay employee, he was responsible for a number of different key management responsibilities in both its sales and client services departments from June 1988 through Oct. 2005.“Bill’s unique charm, humorous emails, dedication to servicing clients, and his good human nature will be missed,” said Kent Boskovich, vice president of Union Leasing.
