In Memoriam: Kenny Meadows – 1957-2006

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Kenny Meadows, fleet manager for the U.S. Capitol Police, died from injuries resulting from a motorcycle crash with an SUV on Nov. 25 near Crofton, Md. He was 49.
