Wheels, Inc. Tops $50 Million in Sales From WheelsDirect Internet-Based Employee Sale Program

November 6, 2006

DES PLAINES, IL – Wheels, Inc. has achieved sales exceeding $50 million via WheelsDirect, its online driver and employee sale program. More than 6,000 vehicles have been sold to date through WheelsDirect, which leads the fleet management industry in online driver and employee vehicle sales.

“This program enables clients to identify resale goals and align sales results with these business objectives while also offering the capabilities needed to provide a fair and consistent employee sale program across the organization,” said Darren Aiken, assistant vice president of Wheels Remarketing.

Developed to streamline the purchase process, WheelsDirect provides online tools that support vehicle financing, servicing, and relocation. Key program areas — including the length of time vehicles are available, vehicle information posted online, and buyer- and driver-focused communications — are customized to meet enterprise-specific requirements.
