LeasePlan USA Appoints New CFO

ALPHARETTA, GA – LeasePlan USA has appointed Annelies Bouma to executive vice president and chief financial officer. In her role, Bouma will oversee LeasePlan’s financial reporting, treasury, tax and risk management, and play a key role in the pricing and funding strategy. Most recently, Bouma spent four years at LeasePlan Corp. as senior vice president of control, reporting and tax where she was responsible for the group’s consolidation and reporting process, coordinating the annual plan process, benchmarking, converting to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and merger and acquisitions support. Prior to that, Bouma spent 12 years with Price Waterhouse accountants in Amsterdam and New York as a senior manager before she left to work for Royal Ahold. The first three years at Royal Ahold's corporate level, she was responsible for corporate reporting and controlling. She was then promoted to CFO of the food wholesale operations in The Netherlands. Bouma brings 23 years of financial experience to LeasePlan USA.
