Donlen Chooses National Auction Index and Black Book as Resale Benchmarks

September 12, 2006

NORTHBROOK, IL – Donlen Corporation will add the Black Book Commercial Vehicle Value Guide as its guidebook source to supplement its National Auction Index (NAI) vehicle resale benchmark. The NAI, a collection of resale data, reports more than 6.5 million transactions annually. Taken from wholesale auctions throughout the United States and powered by AuctionNet, the NAI provides a real-world analysis of market conditions, enabling Donlen to track, evaluate, and to respond to current industry resale trends.

Donlen also has chosen the Black Book Commercial Vehicle Value Guide as its independent resale guidebook source. Donlen opted to implement Black Book beginning Sept. 1 to avoid changing over in the middle of a model year. This will replace AMR as Donlen’s guidebook of choice.
