MT. LAUREL, NJ – Automotive Resources International (ARI) has released a new manufacturer invoicing system that electronically manages exceptions to avoid delivery delays and pricing problems for its clients. The new system utilizes factory invoice data received electronically from the manufacturers, as well as a sophisticated database that defines specific invoicing rules by manufacturer and vehicle type. The final result is improved data quality and electronic processing that permits the best possible management by exception. Each exception is flagged and immediately processed for correction. In addition, ARI can thoroughly audit and track incentives, price protection, tier compliance, and accurate invoicing. According to Bill Kwelty, ARI’s vice president and CIO, “These efficiencies translate into faster, more accurate deliveries for our customers.”
