Security Guide Available on TRALA's Web Site

ALEXANDRIA, VA – The Truck Renting and Leasing Security Awareness and Self-Assessment Guide is now available on TRALA’s Web site, More than 3,000 printed copies of the guide have already been distributed to truck renting and leasing companies throughout the United States.The guide is a voluntary tool for use by companies in assessing their security preparedness. The awareness information and self-assessment inquiries in the guide were developed with the help of expert security consultants and in consultation with the federal Transportation Security Administration (TSA). TRALA is also working with its members to provide assistance in utilizing the guide effectively.The security guide is part of an ongoing voluntary security enhancement program for the industry initiated by TRALA.
