Emkay Achieves Blue Seal of Excellence Award for Maintenance Call Center

ITASCA, IL – Emkay, Inc.’s national maintenance call center has been awarded the Blue Seal of Excellence by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) for accomplishing the required standards for the program. The ASE Blue Seal is only given out when the group is proficient in every one of the 19 ASE categories. At Emkay, 87 percent of the company’s service advisors are ASE certified, and each service advisor has an average of nine certifications.
