Job 1 Production for 2007 Taurus Is April 3

January 24, 2006

DEARBORN, MI– Effective with Job 1 production on Apr. 3, 2006, the Ford Taurus will be designated a 2007 model. It is anticipated that product specifications for the 2007 model will carry over from the 2006-model year, with the exception of the FFV powertrain, which will not be available in the 2007 model. The FFV powertrain is still available with 2006-model Taurus orders.
