Black Book Introduces BlackBerry Used Car Xpress

January 30, 2006

GAINESVILLE, GA – National Auto Research, publisher of the Black Book family of vehicle appraisal guides, has developed a version of their handheld PDA Xpress vehicle valuation software for use with BlackBerry mobile devices. Much like the existing Palm and Pocket PC versions, the new BlackBerry application will allow users to look up 15 years of used-vehicle values and includes the ability to perform valuation adjustments based on mileage, condition, geographic location, and optional equipment. The primary benefit of using a wireless product such as a BlackBerry is that users do not have to manually update their databases on a weekly basis, since the most current data is automatically retrieved in real time over the Internet.
