DETROIT – Mazda North American Operations says that pricing for the CX-7, the company’s all-new crossover SUV, will begin at $23,750 for the front-wheel-drive Sport model. Produced entirely on Mazda-derived platform architecture, the CX-7 will be powered by a turbocharged and intercooled 2.3L, four-cylinder, direct-injection gasoline engine that produces 244-horsepower at 5,000 rpm. CX-7 is offered in three trim levels — Sport, Touring, and Grand Touring. Headquartered in Irvine, Calif., Mazda North American Operations has more than 700 dealerships nationwide.
