– Sterling Truck Corp. announced plans to unveil an addition to its product lineup at NTEA's Work Truck Show in Atlanta, March 1-3, 2006. Introducing a new low cab-over-engine truck, Sterling will be the only truck OEM in the industry to offer a full line of Class 3-8 commercial vehicles.Adding to Sterling's announcement earlier this year, the vehicle will be rolled out in Classes 3, 4, and 5 starting in spring 2006 at select Sterling dealerships across North America. Providing a durable and dependable solution for today's business owners, the vehicle will feature a low operating cost, competitive price points, and the necessary configurations for all body options including dry van, reefer, and stake applications.The truck will be available with a 4.9L diesel engine, six-speed automatic transmission, and up to five wheelbases to accommodate 12- to 20-foot bodies.
