In Memoriam:Dick Romney, Former NTEA President

SCOTT VALLEY, CA – Dick Romney, president of the National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA) from 1984-1985, passed away Dec. 2 in Scott Valley. Romney graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Utah and served the Army’s 7th Infantry in Korea. He also founded and ran Pac Power, Inc. in Dixon, Calif., with business partner Jerry Halstenrud.
