GE Commercial Finance Fleet Services Unveils Enhanced Employee Remarketing Channel

EDEN PRAIRIE, MN — GE Commercial Finance Fleet Services announced an enhanced direct-to-employee remarketing channel that will allow GE’s customers to sell their vehicles through an online portal. GE teamed up with Remarketing Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Manheim, and Fourth Fleet Financial to develop a direct-to-employee online remarketing channel that provides GE customers with an all-encompassing solution that includes inspections, transportation, and financing. GE’s driver channel and online employee channel make it easy for customers to connect their employees with high-quality company vehicles. GE’s driver channel gives drivers the opportunity to purchase their company vehicles either on request or automatically prior to the arrival of their new vehicle. The online employee channel takes it one step further and advertises the available vehicles on a Web site for all company employees. These tools make connecting drivers and employees to high-quality company vehicles easy for fleet managers through a combination of advanced Internet technology and traditional communication methods. Employees receive the benefit of low prices, and Fourth Fleet Financial provides access to financing.
