Commonwealth Telephone Enterprises Deploys RoadBASE Fleet Information System

December 6, 2005

FITCHBURG, MA — Commonwealth Telephone Enterprises (CTE) has implemented Chevin Fleet Solutions’ RoadBASE enterprise fleet management information system to gain control over rising fleet running costs. CTE utilizes RoadBASE’s workshop, inventory, purchasing, warranty, campaign, driver, and accident management capabilities and is integrated with CTE’s Oracle financial management system to eliminate redundant manual processes. To further streamline administrative workload while providing comprehensive oversight over every fuel transaction, RoadBASE automatically integrates with CTE’s two commercial fuel card providers, ensuring that this high cost area is tracked to produce maximum cost savings.
