Accubuilt Acquires DaBryan Coach Builders

LIMA, OHIO – Accubuilt, Inc. has acquired DaBryan Coach Builders, Inc., in a cash for stock transaction. The announcement was made jointly by Dominic D. “Don” Cuzzocrea, Accubuilt’s president and CEO, and Daniel K. Mitchell, DaBryan’s president.Accubuilt, based in Lima, is a builder of automotive specialty vehicles, specializing Cadillac, Lincoln, and Ford chassis under the S&S Coach, Superior, Eureka, Miller-Meteor, LCW, Cadillac-DES, and Accubuilt brands.DaBryan, located in Springfield, Mo., was founded in 1979.
