Tire Bureau to Address Washington, D.C., Area Fleet Administrators

POTOMAC, MD — David Kolman, associate director of the Tire Retread Information Bureau (TRIB), will make a presentation about the benefits of using retreaded tires to a meeting of the Washington area fleet administrators Nov. 17, in Potomac, according to the Web site www.layover.com. The organization represents approximately 20 municipal fleet managers from the Washington, D.C., and metropolitan area.
