Fleet Response Promotes Fender to National Sales Manager

CLEVELAND — Fleet Response, a custom fleet management services provider, has promoted Jeffrey Fender to national sales manager. In his new role, Fender will be responsible for sales team management, executive communications, prospect development, training, and marketing strategy. He will coordinate activities centered on Fleet Response’s new initiatives, including Driver History Profile and a comprehensive safety solution. He will continue to promote Fleet Response’s core products of accident management and preventative maintenance/mechanical repair. Fender has become one of Fleet Response’s top producers in the Midwest sales region and will continue his responsibilities in that area. He is a member of National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA) and Risk Insurance Management Society and has earned his Property & Casualty Insurance license. Fender has a background in sales management from Academy Graphic Communications where he was vice president of sales before joining Fleet Response in 2003.
