SPARKS, MD – PHH Arval has received the “Good Neighbor Week” Award from Baltimore County, Md.’s executive committee. The award, presented at a formal ceremony held at Towson University, honored PHH for its “generous community spirit” and wide-ranging volunteer programs. With nearly 1,000 employees at its headquarters building in Sparks, PHH’s charitable programs include daily deliveries of Meals on Wheels to housebound neighbors; annual fundraising activities for both the United Way and Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Central Maryland; sponsorships and volunteer support for Habitat for Humanity in Baltimore; holiday parties for abused foster children; food, school supplies, and clothing drives for disadvantaged families; and various drives for military personnel and Florida hurricane and Asian tsunami victims.
