In Memoriam: Gary Bishop — 1951-2005

NORFOLK, VA — Gary Wayne Bishop of Blacksburg, Va., director of fleet services for CCG Systems, Inc., died July 13 at Montgomery Regional Hospital. He was 54. During his career, he received numerous awards including Service Manager of the Year (1983 Ford Motor Co.) and was an honorary member in the 1990 National School Bus Safety Standards Conference. Before joining CCG Systems, Inc. in 1994, Bishop also worked for the Fire Department Training Office and Montgomery County Schools in Blacksburg.
