Lockheed Martin Corp. Presents Cumby with Corporate Fleet Council Award

FT.WORTH, TEXAS – The Lockheed Martin Corporate Fleet Council honored Gerald Cumby with the Fleet Council Recognition of Excellence award.Cumby is the fleet manager for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics and is the first to receive this newly established award. He was instrumental in the formation of the Lockheed Martin Fleet Council and held the position of co-chairman from 1998-2004. The council membership consists of approximately 40 fleet and material-handling professionals from across the Lockheed Martin corporation. The award was presented by John Hatch, corporate vice president for Global Supply Chain Management, at an awards dinner held in Norfolk, Va.
